Our Calcasieu Hot Sauce is a true "Craft Sauce." What started out as a handmade pepper sauce straight from our garden, one small batch at a time, with the perfect blend of cayenne peppers, red onions, garlic, celery, bell pepper, white distilled, white wine, and apple cider vinegars, salt, and sugar, has now grown into a full-fledged brand. We're still a craft sauce, just with a slightly bigger footprint It's super versatile and can be used to enhance the flavor of any food from the eggs, tacos, chili, red beans and rice, rice and gravy, gumbo, and can be even be used as a marinade or basting sauce on those freshly waxed ducks. It has a little heat, a little sweet, a little tangy, and a whole lot of flavor. If you're on the fence, know our sauce is unlike any other you have tasted.
